GMS 1 is the first carriage to be rebuilt by the Northwest Coachbuilders Team, completed in 2004.
The carriage offers features for a premier style journey including; a fully enclosed observation deck
offering stunning views of the passing scenery. A fully functional - self sufficient kitchen, DVD and
CD players with surround sound and spacious, elegant first class seating.
GMS 1 caters for group travel of up to 30 passengers and can also be used in conjunction with our
other carriage MCA 2 which seats up to 58 additional passengers comfortably. Perfect for small
parties, anniversaries and even weddings.
GMS 1 is also regularly used on other Heritage Express trips with single ticket supplements.
